  • Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact workout using a Megaformer machine. It combines strength training, cardio, and core work through slow, controlled movements — great for toning and endurance without hard impact on your joints.

  • Yes — the Lagree method is designed for all body types and fitness levels. Instructors offer modifications to make movements more or less challenging. If you have injuries or are pre/postnatal with doctor's clearance, just let your instructor know before class.

  • Foundations is our introductory class — a great starting point. Megaformer classes are more challenging, but both are scalable to your fitness level and enjoyed by first-timers and regulars alike.

  • Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene — we sell them at the studio if you need a pair. We also recommend bringing water and a sweat towel.

  • We recommend 3–5 classes per week. If you're just starting out, ease in with 2 per week and build from there as your strength and endurance grow.

GETTING STARTED

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early — after that, your spot may go to someone on the waitlist. First-timers should arrive 15 minutes before class for a Megaformer orientation.

  • Members can book up to 7 days in advance. Drop-ins, class packs, and trial offers can book 5 days ahead. The schedule is published 3 months out, though it may change.

  • Add yourself to the waitlist and plan as if you're attending. Spots are automatically filled up to 2 hours before class. You'll be notified via the contact info on your account — check your spam folder just in case.

  • Yes! Email us at info@houseoflagree.com with your preferred location, date, and time. Private sessions are scheduled outside regular class hours — pricing is available on our Pricing page.

  • You can book for a friend using a drop-in or class pack. Memberships are not shareable

BOOKING & ARRIVAL


  • Cancel 8+ hours before class — no charge.

    Cancel within 8 hours — $15 fee and/or loss of credit.

    No-show — $25 fee and/or loss of credit.

    Limited memberships lose a credit and are charged the fee. Unlimited memberships are charged the fee only. All fees are automatically charged to your card on file.

  • Call us in advance so we can hold your spot. Without notice, your spot may be released 5 minutes before class and a no-show fee may apply. First-timers who are late will be offered to rebook for a proper first experience.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • All memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment, starting from first use (not purchase date). They auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Memberships are non-refundable once processed.

  • Yes — pausing costs $10 per billing cycle. With a doctor's note, pauses are free. Email info@houseoflagree.com to request

  • Recurring membership credits don't roll over between billing periods. Drop-in and class pack credits are valid for a minimum of 3 months from purchase and expire after that.
