Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact workout method that utilizes a Megaformer machine, combining elements of strength training, cardio, and core work. Developed by Sebastien Lagree, it focuses on slow and controlled movements to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously, leading to improved strength, endurance, and flexibility. Lagree workouts are known for their intensity and effectiveness in sculpting lean muscles and improving overall fitness levels.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. After the 5-minute mark, your machine may be given to someone on the waitlist.
First timers must arrive 15 minutes before start time for a proper orientation and demo to our Megaformers.

Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene. Our grip socks are available for purchase and can be picked up in our studio. Proper hydration before and after your workout is recommended, and sweat towels are always welcome.

Members can book classes up to 7 days in advance, while Drop Ins, Class Packs, and Trial Offers can book 5 days in advance. Our class schedule is live 3 months in advance, though may change.

Join the waitlist and stay ready! If a spot opens up, you'll be automatically added to the class and notified via the contact information you provided.
By adding yourself to the waitlist, please plan as though you'll be attending the class. Our system will automatically add clients from the waitlist into the class up until 2 hours prior to the start time. To ensure you don’t miss any updates, check your spam or junk folders and adjust your email settings if needed.

Cancel 8 hours prior to class: No penalty
Cancel within 8 hours of class: $15 fee and/or loss of credit*
No Shows: $25 fee and/or loss of credit*
* Limited memberships will lose a credit and be charged. Please connect with front desk staff to receive class credit back to their account. Class Packages and Unlimited Memberships will only be charged a fee
All cancellation and no show fees will automatically be charged to the card on file -
Please give us a call in advance so we can hold your spot. Without notice, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist 5 minutes before class begins, and a no-show fee will apply. First timers must arrive 15 minutes before class start and will be offered to rebook so that they have a proper first-time experience.

We recommend 3–5 classes per week, however it’s important to listen to your body. To start, consider easing in with 2 classes per week, then gradually increasing to 3, 4, or more as your strength and endurance build. You may be surprised how much more your body can handle as you progress!

Our Foundations class is considered our introductory option, while our Megaformer class can be more challenging. That said, both First Timers and experienced clients take and enjoy both classes, as each offers a full-body workout that can be scaled to suit your individual fitness level.

All regular rate memberships are a minimum 2 month commitment and start on first usage, not purchase date. All memberships will continue after the committed time unless otherwise cancelled in advance. Minimum 30 day notice is required to cancel a membership. Membership purchases are non refundable once processed.

The Lagree Method is designed for all body types and fitness levels. Our certified instructors offer modifications to make each movement more or less challenging, so you can work at a pace that feels right for you. You're always welcome to take a break and jump back in when you're ready.
*If you have any injuries or physical conditions, please speak with your instructor or the front desk before class.
*If you are pre- or postnatal and have clearance from your doctor, let your instructor know so they can provide appropriate modifications and ensure safe transitions.

You can make a reservation for a friend with a Drop In or any Class Pack option. Memberships cannot be shared with other guests.

Yes, you are able to pause your membership for $10 for every billing cycle. With a doctor’s note, memberships can be paused free of charge. Please email info@houseoflagree.com

Unused credits from a recurring membership do not transfer to the following pay period. All Drop Ins and Class Packages are valid for a minimum 3 months from date of purchase and will not carry over after that period.
