Innovative Equipment

All classes are done on the patented Megaformer, designed to challenge and strengthen muscles through slow and controlled movements.

what is the lagree method?

The Lagree Method is a full-body, low-impact workout performed on the Megaformer. Movements are slow and controlled, keeping muscles under constant tension to build strength, endurance, and stability at the same time.

Inspired by Pilates but more strength-focused, Lagree challenges the core in every exercise while remaining gentle on the joints. With no jumping or impact, it is suitable for beginners, athletes, and those returning from injury.

Classes are intentionally small (maximum 12 clients) so instructors can coach form, offer hands-on corrections, and help adjust springs and positioning throughout class. This allows every client to move safely and confidently.
