BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR

HOUSE OF LAGREE INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION

We are looking for passionate health and fitness enthusiasts to join our team as instructors at our Keswick, Sherwood Park and Central locations.

  • Lead Lagree classes with energy, enthusiasm, and confidence

  • Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate clients of all fitness levels

  • Design and deliver engaging, 40-minute Lagree classes that are innovative, varied, and challenging

  • Create a motivating and supportive environment that encourages clients to safely push themselves to new heights

  • Continuously educate yourself on the Lagree method and incorporate new techniques into your classes

  • Open availability for Keswick, Sherwood Park studios and our upcoming Oliver location

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Complete a minimum of 50+ House Of Lagree classes prior to the start of training (please email us if you have any questions)

  • Must be available for potential morning and midday classes

  • Experience teaching group fitness classes is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients

  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

  • Reliable, punctual, and have a professional demeanor

  • Ability to make quick decisions and modifications to accommodate clients

  • Wants to be a part of a team and the House Of Lagree community

QUALIFICATIONS

    • A 3-5 minute video where you demonstrate teaching a fitness class modality of your choice (can be yoga, dance, etc.) as if you were leading a real session – have fun with it!

HOW TO APPLY

  • 40+ hours of education and training + additional individual training will be scheduled, as needed

    • Training will alternate between Keswick and Sherwood Park locations

  • Anticipated dates: weekend evenings of June 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th and potentially July 4th and 5th

  • Lead 3-5 friends and family classes, as needed

  • Lead 3-5 community classes, as needed

  • Learn the Lagree Method, fitness programming, fundamentals of anatomy, and more! 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CERTIFICATION

  • Certification - $1599+GST

  • Deadline to apply - Friday, May 15th, 2026

  • Once certification is complete, instructors will need Level 1 First Aid/CPR and instructor insurance before teaching

BECOME An operations manager

HOUSE OF LAGREE STUDIO lead

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client and team experience at House Of Lagree.

  • Hands-on leadership role supporting day-to-day operations across House Of Lagree

  • Designed as a growth position into a regional manager and other roles within the business

  • Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

  • Works directly with ownership to learn all areas of the business

    • Front desk operations

    • Team management

    • Client experience

  • Acts as the bridge between front desk team, instructors, and ownership

  • Ensures every class, client interaction, and studio touchpoint meets House Of Lagree standards

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • 1-3 years experience in hospitality, and/or client-facing roles

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Natural leadership ability with a team-first mindset

  • Confident communicator with high emotional intelligence

  • Support daily operations across all studio locations (scheduling, staffing, client flow)

  • Act as a point of contact for front desk staff and assist with shift coverage when needed

  • Ensure all studios consistently meet House Of Lagree standards (cleanliness, organization, presentation)

  • Maintain and create operational documents and procedures

  • Supporting sales growth through consistent execution of House Of Lagree’s hospitality standards

front desk & team support

  • Assist with onboarding and training of front desk staff

  • Help manage front desk scheduling, shift swaps, and payroll approvals

  • Reinforce service standards and ensure consistency across all locations

  • Provide real-time support and escalation for team questions or issues

client experience

  • Help maintain a high-touch, elevated client experience across all studios

  • Monitor client feedback, reviews, and in-studio interactions

  • Assist in implementing retention-focused initiatives

  • Support execution of in-studio events, activations, and partnerships

client inventory & studio readiness

  • Oversee inventory tracking (retail + studio supplies)

  • Complete and manage weekly inventory counts

  • Ensure merchandise is organized and aligned with brand standards

  • Proactively communicate supply needs to ownership

performance & growth development

  • Learn how to track and understand key studio metrics (attendance, utilization, retention)

  • Support initiatives to improve class fill rates and client retention

  • Gradually take on more responsibility in reporting and performance tracking

  • Work toward ownership of select KPIs over time
